A highly regarded school in Gloucester is looking for a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their friendly and dedicated team as soon as possible. Key Responsibilities:
* Support children with a range of SEN needs in 1:1 and group settings.
* Assist with the implementation of personalised learning plans designed by the class teacher and SENCo.
* Encourage inclusion, independence, and engagement among pupils
* Adapt learning materials and activities to suit individual needs
* Collaborate with teaching staff, therapists, and families to support student progress
Candidate Requirements:
* A caring, patient, and enthusiastic graduate with a genuine interest in SEN
* Degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is desirable
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexible, proactive, and adaptable approach
* Experience working with children or young people (formal or informal) is beneficial but not essential
