Conveyancing Paralegal | Stow-on-the-Wold
TSR Legal are delighted to be working with a progressive and expanding law firm with offices across Gloucestershire, Worcester, and Bath, who are looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy residential property team in Stow-on-the-Wold.

The Role
The successful candidate will work closely with an experienced lawyer while also managing their own residential conveyancing matters, assisting with transactions from instruction through to post-completion.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Reviewing contract documentation and raising legal enquiries
* Preparing reports on title and advising clients throughout transactions
* Drafting legal documents under supervision
* Assisting with completion statements and financial documentation
* Preparing Stamp Duty Land Tax submissions
* Handling exchanges of contracts and completions
* Maintaining regular communication with clients and introducers
* Supporting junior team members and conveyancing assistants
* Ensuring files remain compliant with regulatory and internal procedures
* Responding to client enquiries promptly and professionally
Applicants should ideally possess:
* At least 1 year’s experience within a residential conveyancing team
* Experience handling freehold sale and purchase transactions
* Previous exposure to leasehold or new-build matters would be advantageous
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* A proactive and team-oriented approach
* Good IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office packages
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be beneficial
