Adaptable Recruitment is working on behalf of a reputable business to recruit an experienced Expense and Accounts Payable Clerk to join their dynamic team on a temporary to permanent basis .
Job duties and responsibilities
Processing a high volume of invoices
Verifying outstanding invoices
Standing order allocations
Processing Direct Debit Payments
Query resolution
Supplier statement reconciliations
Various ad hoc duties as and when required by the AP Supervisor
Ideal skills and experience
Previous experience working within AP is essential
Knowledge of an ERP system would be advantageous
Strong Excel skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
