Barassie Engineering Systems Ltd is a specialist multi-discipline EPC contractor based in our workshop facility in Ayr. We provide electrical, C&I site build and commissioning services – with specialisations in the high-pressure gas industry – and design and manufacture one-off Control & Switchgear Packages, Kiosks a and Panels. We also provide civils, structural steel & pipework, on site assembly, hook up, testing and power distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Staff time and attendance recording, processing annual leave applications, and updating payroll systems.
• Payroll calculation assistance, such as deductions and withholding from net pay.
• Coordination with payroll processing banks for the timely payment of pay transactions.
• Timely and accurate preparation of payroll reports, management reports, and other analysis reports.
• Clerical assistance to the management team.
• Prepare job packs, utility figures, and safety packs for our operatives.
• Prepare and assemble paperwork as needed.
• General data entry and maintenance of records.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
• Organised administrator with a strong work ethic.
• Experience in raising purchase orders & creating invoices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organisation and can work well under pressure.
• Good eye for detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communicator and a good team player.
• Knowledge of the Xero accounting system would be an advantage.
