Our internships are designed for students pursuing a placement year during the third year of their undergraduate studies. Annually, we run a 13-month (July – July) internship program comprised of four pillars: The Job - You’ll get the opportunity to dive into the day-to-day world of your role and assist your team in many projects. Also, you will have the opportunity to shadow various departments, allowing you to gain valuable insights and determine the career you may want to pursue in the future. Corporate Social Responsibility – You’ll have the opportunity to give back to the community by fundraising and volunteering for both local and global charities alongside your fellow interns. Learning and Development – You’ll receive training sessions designed to support your personal and professional development while also equipping you with industry specific skills. ‘Intern’preneurship’ (see what we did there?) – You’ll have the opportunity to develop solutions to real business problems which Travelport has and present your ideas to the Senior leadership team and/or external companies. The Talent Acquisition Internship: 13 months’, full-time, office based, July 2026 – July 2027 Talent Acquisition sits within the People (HR) Team and is responsible for attracting talented people to our organization. A major focus for our team is facilitating our global intern programs (UK & Mexico), which includes influencing key stakeholders across the business, coordinating with future candidates, and working with many different business areas to deliver a world-class experience. As Talent Acquisition/HR Intern, you will have the chance to work across the global business, supporting the Talent Acquisition team, supporting learning and development and gain insight into how the job market and industry operates. Responsibilities include: Play a key role in the operational delivery of our UK & Mexico Intern programs Play a key role in the creation and implementation of Travelport Corporate Social Responsibility and office-based activities Welcome and present to new joiners across European offices by leading HR Onboarding Sessions Own the intern sourcing & attraction process across UK & Mexico, including reviewing CVs and video-recorded applications, as well as planning and running assessment centres Assist in developing our employer brand and value proposition by working with websites such as HigherIn (formerly RateMyPlacement) and Travelport Careers site Contribute to our new University partnerships strategy, influencing how we work with and promote our opportunities to students Research into new Talent Acquisition or HR trends to aid the wider Talent team Lead the Emerging Talent Academy for UK & Mexico interns by organizing developmental opportunities with facilitators around the global business Use data and external research to impact our value-add initiatives such as our Diversity and Inclusion strategy Learn and develop skills such as: clear communication with your team and candidates meeting deadlines on time, especially during the intern hiring process maintain high levels of confidence and professionalism with stakeholders globally running meetings and managing events with initiative Who we are looking for in this role: You can be studying towards a degree in any discipline.
