These are variable hours contracts on a seasonal/permanent basis, and you will be working a minimum of 30 hours a week, Monday through to Sunday, 5 days out of 7. Acting as a Housekeeper/Laundry Assistant will require you to adhere to all cleanliness and hygiene guidelines while ensuring you pay close attention to detail. The stunning property has been lovingly restored and contains two distinctive concepts, both of which offer elegant but relaxed and sumptuous suites. Duties and Responsibilities: Washing, drying, and folding linen, towels, and other items. Collecting and delivering linen across hotel divisions. Assist with linen counts, distribution, storage, etc. Ensure bedrooms and common areas are maintained to the highest-level of cleanliness and hygiene. Keep all housekeeping back of house areas tidy and efficiently stocked. Ensure that all procedures and policies concerning COSHH, and the use of chemicals and cleaning products are practiced at all times. Follow the hotel's guest relations policy, including politely addressing our guests at all times and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
