Eastbourne (driving essential due to location)
£14.24-£15 per hour (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications and will be discussed at registration)
ASAP or April – Long term (potential to become permanent for the right candidate)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive and adaptable individual who thrives in a nurturing environment and is committed to helping every child reach their full potential. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role across the school - leading whole-class sessions when required, covering lessons, and delivering targeted interventions that make a genuine difference.
You will work across KS1 and KS2, supporting pupils both in class and in smaller intervention groups.

Requirements:
The ideal Higher Level Teaching Assistant will have;
1. Higher Level Teaching Assistant Qualification (ESSENTIAL)
2. Teaching Assistant Level 3 Qualification (Desirable)
3. Driving license and access to own car (ESSENTIAL)
4. Previous HLTA/TA experience
5. Have, or happy to pay for an Enhanced DBS check and register on the Update Service
6. Experience working with children with SEN
7. Experience working in UK Schools
