Salary guide £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.

Your new role
As HR Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering a professional HR service. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate on application the skills and experience to complete the duties of the post, which will include;
* Advising and supporting managers on employee relations matters (inclusive of disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance)
* Supporting investigations and casework
* Maintaining accurate HR records
* Contributing to HR projects focused on engagement, including culture and process improvement.
* Supporting performance management processes and direct support to line managers
