About the Role: Work directly with looked after children and young people, providing high-quality support and advocacy. Develop and implement person-centered care plans, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard. Participate in regular supervision and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment. Requirements: Registered with Social Care England. Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience as a qualified Social Worker. Experience working with looked after children is highly desirable. Excellent communication, assessment, and case management skills. Strong understanding of relevant legislation and policies relating to children in care.
