As Wholesale Manager - Europe, you will have full P&L responsibility for the region and will lead the commercial strategy across wholesale, DTC, distribution and regional partnerships - working closely with global leadership while shaping the European vision locally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the commercial growth strategy for Europe across all sales channels
* Build and nurture relationships with key retail, distributor, and wholesale partners
* Own the regional P&L, budget planning, and business forecasting
* Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams across Product, Marketing, and Operations
* Represent the brand across the region, acting as a cultural and strategic ambassador
* Identify new growth opportunities and regional partnerships
* Lead and develop a high-performing regional team
* Ensure the brand's values - particularly around sustainability, quality and connection to the female customer- are reflected in all activity
