We are looking for experienced and reliable healthcare workers to support us with our reablement service across the Oxfordshire area, mainly Cherwell.
Working a mixture of early shifts (7am- 3pm) and late shifts (2pm-10pm), fully paid travel time with 40p per mile paid mileage between visits.

You will need hands on experience working within a care setting and be confident enough to follow a care plan to support clients who you may not have met previously
Duties include, but are not limited to;
* Having the confidence to complete assessments with new clients following discharge from hospital
* Supporting clients to regain independence with tasks, such as personal care, toileting, meal preparation and medication
* Recording and reporting changes clearly and concisely, keeping the Home First team updated on improvements in abilities allowing ongoing assessment of the suitability of the proposed care
* Building strong working relationships with clients, colleagues and the Home First team
* Being adaptive and responsive to changes in needs
