This Residential Surveyor position is for a highly successful and growing residential chartered surveying business in the Northampton area, which, due to increased business levels, is seeking an experienced surveying professional to join their team on a consultancy basis, working a minimum of 2 days/week within a 25-mile radius from home.
As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
Carrying out a range of Valuation and Survey work, including:
1. Homebuyer (Level 2 Surveys)
2. Mortgage Valuations
To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role, you must have:
3. Minimum AssocRICS qualified or higher
4. Strong track record in Surveying - minimum of 2 years post-qualified
5. VRS experience
6. Attention-to-detail
7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
8. UK Driving License
What's on offer?

10. Fee split 50%-55%
11. Minimum of 10 points, which can be split over multiple days (min of 2 days)
