Large firm of construction consultants based in client offices in Luton, Bedfordshire seeks a Senior Project Manager or Associate Project Manager to manage airport expansion projects.

Job Description
The role involves managing projects from inception to completion, meeting with clients, and delivering project management and cost management services for large airport expansion projects.
Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and manage all stages of project delivery from inception to completion.
* Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver on scope.
* Ensure effective cost management, quality control, and adherence to regulatory standards.
* Lead and motivate project teams and manage project schedules and budgets.
Qualifications
* Degree or MSc in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Construction Project Management or a related field.
* Chartered status or membership with RICS, CIOB, MAPM or similar is preferred.
* Experience within a UK construction consulting firm or client-side experience in construction projects.
* Strong knowledge of the building process and ability to manage projects at all stages.
* Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
* Experience in airport expansion projects is highly desirable.
