The Team
The consumer Insights Team forms part of the wider Data & Insights Function, working alongside our Data Engineering, Reporting, Data Science and Digital Analytics Teams. Together, these teams collaborate to unlock the full potential of our data, with the Consumer Insights Team playing a key role in delivering meaningful analysis that supports strategic decision making and driving a deeper understanding of customer behaviour.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Deliver high-quality actionable insights & across operational and commercial metrics
2. Support supplier reconciliations, dispute resolution, and P&L control frameworks
3. Support digital product change analysis and experimentation rollouts
4. Conduct user requirement analysis and define best analytical approaches
5. Collaborate with data engineering to resolve data issues and ensure data integrity
6. Identify and communicate opportunities for business value creation
7. Present insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders, including C-Suite.
8. Developing relationships with senior stakeholders
9. Empower decision-makers with timely, comprehensive, and impactful information
10. Supporting Team Development
11. Drive continuous improvement in analytics techniques and approaches
12. Support delivery of Insight & Analytics objectives and projects
13. Contribute to a high-performance, data-driven culture within the team
14. Mentoring and supporting junior colleagues in the delivery of analysis
What You’ll Bring
15. Strong technical skills
16. Strong proficiency in SQL and MS Office tools
17. Experience working with Databricks and Azure preferable
18. Experience with large data sets
19. Analytical knowledge, application & delivery
20. Demonstrated ability to interpret and consolidate data from multiple sources
21. Experience in delivering insights that influence strategic decisions
22. Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable outputs
23. Commercial awareness and understanding of business value creation
24. Critical thinker with a problem-solving mindset
25. Senior stakeholder Management
26. Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
27. Self-motivated, ambitious, and determined to make a tangible impact
