There is a fantastic opportunity within their construction business for an ambitious and talented Quantity Surveyor.
The successful candidate will join a team of passionate and dedicated commercial staff.
They are seeking Quantity Surveyors with extensive knowledge of the main contracting market.
Experience working on schemes valued between GBP5 and GBP20 million is advantageous.
They seek individuals who share their passion for projects and can work effectively within a fun yet hardworking team environment.
Responsibilities:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will:
* Provide commercial expertise to support the delivery of contracted work by leading the commercial aspects within a geographically focused team.
* Deliver accurate and timely commercial reports and advice to management, ensuring contracts meet commercial targets.
* Experience with pre-construction services is a plus.
You should have a BSc in Quantity Surveying or a related commercially focused discipline, and be capable of managing small schemes independently.
You should have general contracting experience, including Tier 1 projects, MOJ, and Education sectors.
