In a nutshell…
Working within an established warehouse team you will be carrying out admin tasks that support moving, picking and packing palletised products. You will monitor and react to emails from colleagues whilst assisting with general warehouse admin duties.
The ideal candidate will have background experience within manufacturing, warehousing or logistics as an administrator or similar.
What's involved for the Warehouse Administrator…
* Support order processing, including picking, packing, shipping (UK & Export), and managing related documentation.
* Handle export shipments, including preparing commercial invoices and saving necessary paperwork.
* Respond to emails from the commercial team and update documents as needed.
* Assist with stocktakes, invoicing, courier quotes, and daily shipping manifests.
* Help gather operational data and support improvement activities within the warehouse.
* Follow all procedures, meet assigned tasks, and report issues to supervisors.

This is a Part Time, Permanent Warehouse Administrator role, working Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9am - 5pm.
