Job Description
Position: HR Knowledge Management Specialist
Location: Manchester - On-site/Hybrid
Client: Pharmaceutical / CDMO
Type: 6 months contract initially / Full-time
Main Responsibilities:
* Build, maintain, and continuously improve a global HR knowledge management framework as a single source of truth.
* Partner with global and local HR teams to standardize, create, and align HR documentation, processes, and policies.
* Co-develop AI-enabled solutions to support knowledge management and reduce HR ticket volume.
* Create clear, user-centric HR content by translating complex policies into accessible, actionable information.
* Manage end-to-end document governance, including review, validation, approval, and publication across HR systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to timelines.
Main Requirements:
* Proven experience in knowledge management, HR operations, employee engagement, or change management within a global environment.
* Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and systems; experience with AI or digital knowledge solutions is an advantage.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
* Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple deadlines effectively.
* Collaborative, adaptable, and user-focused mindset; fluent in English (German or Spanish is a plus).
