If you're a versatile Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.The Role: As a key member of the site Engineering Team, you’ll be tasked with ensuring smooth, efficient and continuous operation of the facility – covering everything from day to day production processes and site-wide services. You’ll carry out planned maintenance, tackle reactive breakdowns, and support improvement projects across this complex and varied site.Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across the site
* Maximise machine availability and overall plant performance
* Work across diverse systems including PLCs and process control
* Carry out plant modifications and minor engineering projects
* Maintain exceptional health and safety standards
* Drive improvement through TPM and CI techniques

About You: You’re a Multi-Skilled Engineer – both mechanically and electrically competent – with experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’re used to working autonomously, reacting quickly to breakdowns and always striving for better performance.We’re Looking for:
* Time-served engineer (multi-skilled)
* Confident with PLCs and process controls
* Experience with CI/TPM methodologies
* Self-starter with a hands-on approach
* Comfortable with shift work, including nights and weekends
