Mentoring Scheme
To develop effectively through the Graduate Programme, each graduate is assigned a personal mentor with whom they will establish a strong working relationship during their graduate role. The mentoring scheme is designed for graduates to learn from senior colleagues as they are guided through the 2-year programme. This relationship will also help graduates gain advice on working towards Chartership status in their chosen discipline while achieving appropriate competence and commitment standards. They will gain exposure to their mentor's specialist knowledge and contacts within the business, helping to build a network of colleagues and further career opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
* You will have graduated within the last 2 years.
* Degree educated in Electrical Engineering, Controls & Automation, or a relevant discipline.
* Computer literate - proficiency with Microsoft Office packages.
* Have a passion for technology.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
