CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a leading Facilities Management Service Provider for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a prestigious commercial office building in Charing Cross, London. The successful candidate will have a mechanical/plumbing bias, holding a relevant NVQ or City & Guilds qualification, and will bring a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working as part of a collaborative on-site maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive mechanical, electrical, and fabric maintenance across the building.
