As People & Culture Coordinator, you'll support the delivery of the Company's people and culture strategy while ensuring smooth daily HR operations across the business. You'll act as a first point of contact for employees and managers, support recruitment and onboarding activity, coordinate culture initiatives and provide administrative and operational HR support across the employee lifecycle. This role requires someone who is highly organised, people-focused and confident managing a variety of responsibilities in a fast paced environment.
