About the Role:
Were looking for an experiencedPre-Construction Managerwith a strong mechanical bias to join our growing team in Bracknell. As aPre-Construction Manager, youll play a pivotal role in the early phases of our M&E projects, overseeing everything from tendering and estimating to design coordination and client liaison.
ThePre-Construction Managerwill work closely with our commercial, design, and operations teams to ensure a seamless handover into delivery. Youll also have the opportunity to influence project strategy, win exciting new work, and help shape the future of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage all pre-construction activities for mechanical and M&E projects.
2. Oversee tenders, bids, and technical submissions from concept to contract award.
3. Collaborate with design engineers and estimators to develop competitive, compliant proposals.
