Operations Manager - Bournemouth (Hybrid, 3 Days On-Site)
We’re looking for a proactive Operations Manager to join our Bournemouth team and take ownership of day-to-day operations for one of our key customer accounts.
This role suits someone with strong organisational and people skills, great resilience, and a can-do attitude - not necessarily from an engineering background, but with transferable experience in project delivery, account management, or operations.
What You’ll Do
* Manage projects and operations across customer accounts. Ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
* Support bids, proposals, and ongoing client relationships.
* Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and ensure resources meet business needs.
* Provide clear reporting and input into strategy and planning.
* Travel weekly to customer sites when required.
