Location & Hours
Location: Manston, Kent
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Your Role
As a Commercial Plumber/Multi Trade professional, you will play a crucial role in our maintenance team, ensuring we meet our contractual obligations while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Carrying out routine planned preventative maintenance and repair works
* Diagnosing and repairing faults on various systems and equipment
* Installing new equipment and completing necessary documentation
* Collaborating with colleagues to maintain clean and safe working environments
* Utilizing digital systems, including tablets and apps, to record and report work
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
* You’re a qualified plumber with commercial and M&E experience
* You possess technical training (NVQ3 or equivalent qualification)
* You enjoy working collaboratively and building relationships with colleagues and clients
* You take pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service
* You’re comfortable using digital tools to manage and record your work
