Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and business-minded Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations at our UK base. The ideal candidate will hold an MBA and bring substantial experience in administration, human resources, and team leadership. You will play a critical role in supporting the senior leadership team and ensuring that operational processes are smooth, compliant, and aligned with the company's growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate all daily administrative functions to ensure the efficient running of the Birmingham office.
* Manage and control office supplies, liaise with vendors, and maintain inventory oversight.
* Supervise, mentor, and develop administrative staff, cultivating a collaborative and high performance work environment.
* Manage all incoming communications (calls, emails) with professionalism, acting as a key point of contact internally and externally.
* Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel logistics for staff and senior management.
Required Qualifications & Experience
* MBA required (specialisations in operations, management or equivalent advantageous).
* Minimum 1+ years' experience in office management, administrative leadership, or similar roles.
* Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising and developing teams.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, Punjabi & Urdu), with the ability to interact at all organisational levels.
* Exceptional organisational, planning, and time-management skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
* Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information and managing confidential records.
