Responsibilities * Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, goals, and deliverables. * Supervise project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. * Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective actions. * Gather requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives. * Manage costs effectively, ensuring adherence to budget constraints. * Utilise project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Basecamp for tracking progress. * Develop and maintain project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or Smartsheet. * Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure transparency. * Prepare presentations for stakeholders using tools like Visio or PowerPoint. * Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making processes throughout the project. Skills * Proven supervising experience with a focus on team management. * Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills. * Proficiency in requirements gathering and cost control techniques. * Familiarity with ERP systems such as Workday or Salesforce. * Excellent time management and organisational skills. * Ability to analyse data effectively using tools like SAS or other analytical software. * Knowledge of product management principles and content management systems is advantageous. * Strong presentation skills to convey complex information clearly.
