Summary
We are seeking a Trainee Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Faversham, Kent. In this role, you will be pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and providing support related to our security and fire safety services. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
* To support Account Managers in the administrative management and maintenance of all written and verbal customer communications.
* Predominantly working for an assigned Account Manager or when required for multiple account managers within the Customer Services Department.
* To assist in building, negotiating, renewing, and maintaining customer relations and aiding in the generation of sales by producing quotations.
* To assist with logistical support and the ordering of goods and materials as required.
* To support Account Managers to immediately report and react to any client needs quickly and professionally, making every effort to ensure that problems are resolved to the client's satisfaction.
* Support, manage, share knowledge, encourage best practices, and help develop techniques with other staff members.
Qualifications
* Current Microsoft suite skills in an office environment.
* Good organisational skills.
* Able to demonstrate and an ability to work within a team.
* Preferred Experience
* Experience in the Fire or Security Industry.
