Senior Reasonable Adjustments Coordinator - Professional Standards Team
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Reasonable Adjustments Coordinator to join the Professional Standards team for our client near High Wycombe.
This role plays a vital part in ensuring that learners with specific educational needs are supported effectively throughout their assessment journey. The post-holder will coordinate all aspects of reasonable adjustments for assessments, working collaboratively with internal teams, training providers, learners, and employers to ensure a consistent, fair, and inclusive approach.
You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, upholding professional standards, and driving continuous improvement in adjustment practices. The role also involves providing training and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders to support an inclusive assessment process aligned with organisational and regulatory expectations.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, empathetic, and highly organised individual with the ability to interpret educational assessments and apply appropriate support strategies to ensure assessment parity.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate reasonable adjustments for assessments in line with relevant regulations and organisational policies
Liaise with training providers, learners, employers, and internal departments to ensure a smooth and supportive process
Interpret educational assessments and medical evidence to determine appropriate adjustments
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of adjustment requests
Deliver training and guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders on reasonable adjustments processes and expectations
Monitor, analyse, and report on adjustment trends and compliance, identifying areas for improvement
Support quality assurance and regulatory compliance through detailed documentation and ongoing review of processes
Contribute to the continuous improvement of inclusive assessment strategies across the organisation
Experience required:
Proven experience in interpreting educational assessments and determining appropriate learner support
Experience analysing and presenting data to inform decisions or improvements
Skills and Attributes
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
Effective stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and professional standards
Ability to prioritise, work independently, and manage sensitive information with discretionThis position offers a hybrid working pattern - 4 days from home and 1 from the office near High Wycombe.
