An exciting new Procurement Assistant & Project Administrator position is now available with a high end contractor, specialising in Fit Out and Refurbishment projects based in the Mitcham area.
Office based position
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Paying up to£30k
What you will need:
- Background and experience working within the Construction sector in an administration, site/office support role
- Experience in reading Architectural drawings
- You will need to be highly organised and thorough
Key responsibilities:
* general admin support (answering phones, office organisation, managing post, files management, arranging couriers, samples etc)
* providing support to accountant (sending Invoices and statements)
* preparing site documents
* assist in the procurement process by sourcing, evaluating, and selecting suppliers/vendors
* maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, invoices, and delivery receipts
* managing incoming and outgoing deliveries (ensure goods received match invoices etc)
* check delivery notes and obtain proof of delivery from suppliers regarding materials
* provide excellent customer service
