The firm have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to join their growing team in the beautiful area of Keswick, assisting in arranging viewings, negotiating offers, agreeing sales and looking for new business.

* Saturdays on a rota basis, 9am to 1pm

What you’ll be doing
* Sourcing and arranging Valuations, Viewings and other appointments
* Accompanying the valuer on measure-ups as required
* Managing the property details, ensuring information is kept up to date, accurate and well presented
* Obtaining feedback on viewings from clients
* Corresponding professionally with clients in person and via email, letter and phone
* Seeking, receiving and facilitating the negotiation of offers
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, surveyors, and mortgage lenders
What you will have
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish positive relationships quickly
* High level of commercial awareness, particularly in the South/Western Lakes region
* An interest in property and the willingness to develop additional skills
* Fantastic time management and the ability to multitask
