Offer description

To provide administrative support to the Minding Mum Project Manager.


Responsibilities

* To carry out general administrative duties which include producing emails and replying to mobile messages, assist in producing reports, ordering items for programmes and events, managing monitoring trackers
* To answer the office telephone and Minding Mum mobile in a welcoming, enthusiastic and sensitive manner.
* To develop and maintain an effective filing system, using computer systems where necessary
* To help organise and contribute to programming and events held by the Minding Mum Project
* To respond to and assist the Minding Mum Project Manager with all financial matters,including managing the budget trackers in the most efficient and cost effective manner.


Skills and Qualifications

* 5 GCSE’s or equivalent to include Maths and English Grade A-C
* A minimum of 1 year experience of working in an office environment
