We’re looking for a volunteer graphic designer urgently, to help SNAPS create some print‑ready artwork to be used for pull‑up banners and flags at events, and to set up simple, reusable templates so we can update future materials in-house.
What difference will you make?
SNAPS supports children with additional needs and their families across Leeds. Demand for our services continues to grow, but SNAPS doesn’t receive statutory funding to deliver its services.
That means we rely heavily on fundraising, partnerships and volunteers to keep our work going.
A volunteer graphic designer would make a huge difference to us. With your support, we could better showcase who we are, what we do and the impact our work has on families. Clear, accessible visuals help parents feel welcome, help funders understand our impact, and help us reach the families who need us most.
These banner and flag designs will help SNAPS show up professionally at events and out in the community, making it easier for families and supporters to find us and understand what we do. There may also be opportunities to support with additional design tasks in the future.
We would be incredibly grateful to a designer who could donate their skills to support our small team and help us continue supporting families across Leeds.
What are we looking for?
* Confident user of Adobe InDesign and/or Illustrator (print layout and export).
* Experienced Graphic Designer
* Strong attention to print set‑up (bleed, safe margins, image quality).
* Able to work from existing brand guidelines/assets
What will you be doing?
* Create print‑ready artwork for 2–3 SNAPS banners and event flags
* Help us tidy and standardise working files (clear layers, editable text, organised links).
* Optional (if time) create a simple banner template we can reuse for new events.
