We are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join an Ofsted Outstanding secondary school in Bolton from September.
This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring teachers, psychology graduates, education graduates, or experienced support staff looking to gain valuable school-based experience in a highly supportive environment.
The Role:
* Supporting students both in and out of the classroom
* Working closely with pupils with additional needs
* Assisting teaching staff with learning and behaviour support
* Building positive relationships with students to help them achieve their potential
* Providing personal care where required
What We're Looking For:
* Graduates with experience working with young people in a UK setting are preferred
* Teaching Assistants or support workers with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A patient, resilient and proactive approach
