About the Role
Within this Employment Solicitor role, your day‑to‑day duties may include:
* Running your own caseload of TUPE, discrimination, redundancy, unfair dismissal and settlement agreements matters
* Drafting pleadings, witness statements, staff handbooks and employment contracts
* Conducting and preparing for hearings
* Providing advice to a range of clients
* Corporate support matters
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships for your own network
* Taking part in Business Development Initiatives
About You
* 4+ years PQE within Employment law
* Be confident advising commercial clients on a broad mix of contentious and non‑contentious employment matters
* Looking to build up your own network
* A strong team player for a fast‑evolving team
* Excellent communication skills, technical knowledge and a commercial mindset
