Package Description
* £16.25 per hour
* 40 hours contract
* 4 on and 2 off pattern (2 early and 2 late)

Main Responsibilities
* Ensure all food is stored, handled, and packed at the correct temperature and in accordance with Food Handling and Hygiene Regulations.
* Maintain records of temperatures and remedial actions, reporting issues to your line manager.
* Serve on the food counters following all customer service standards.
* Keep work areas clean and dispose of waste correctly.
* Ensure kitchen staff correctly label and date all food items, considering allergens.
* Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation as per client specifications.
* Present all food and beverages ensuring quality and quantity are consistently monitored and maintained.
* Properly maintain and replenish buffet and stock levels for all food and beverage items, in line with food safety standards.
