Southern Water is transforming — and we’re looking for a dynamic, strategic Senior HR Business Partner to help lead that change from the inside out.
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders within the Water directorate, driving leadership impact, team performance, and delivery of the People Plan. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our culture, strengthening succession and skills, and embedding accountability across the organisation.
This is a high-profile role for someone who thrives on influence, insight, and impact.
1. Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with senior leaders to deliver the People Plan, ensuring alignment with business goals and performance metrics.
2. Performance Alignment: Ensure people priorities directly support delivery of safety, service, and cost outcomes.
3. Workforce Planning: Own the strategic workforce plan for your area, developing buy/build strategies to ensure the right talent is in place — at the right time and cost.
