The Details & The Flexibility
We offer excellent pay and a shift pattern designed to give you more time off:
* Pay Rate: £13.40 per hour
* Sleep-In Rate: £51.50 per sleep-in
* Contract: Permanent (Full-Time, Part-Time, or Relief)
* Hours: Flexible 24/7 Shift Pattern including Early, Late, Long Days, Waking Nights, and Sleep-Ins.
* Location: Tunstead near Norwich (NR12)

We’re looking for people who are:
* Experience: Previous experience in care settings, mental health, or working with individuals with challenging behaviours is highly valued.
* Qualifications: An NVQ, Care Certificate, or other healthcare qualifications are desirable but not essential.
* Values: A patient, resilient, and empathetic nature is a must.
* A Full UK Driving Licence essential
