About the Role You will take responsibility for delivering a high-quality Early Years curriculum, creating a vibrant and engaging classroom where children feel supported, challenged, and inspired. Key Responsibilities Planning and delivering creative, play-based EYFS learning experiences Designing an engaging and well-structured learning environment, both indoors and outdoors Supporting children’s academic, social, and emotional development Assessing progress and adapting provision to meet individual needs Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistency across the Early Years setting Contributing to the wider life of the school, including events and enrichment activities About You The ideal candidate will be passionate about Early Years education and confident in creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
