The role is based at our Milton Keynes head office, but youll be supporting different locations throughout the country, working closely with managers to help them recruit the right people for their services. Previous recruitment experience, is desirable but not essential, but what matters most is your attitude, values, and willingness to learn. What youll be doing * Building positive working relationships with managers through regular phone and Teams contact, with occasional visits * Writing job adverts and managing vacancies * Responding to applications and carrying out short telephone screening interviews * Booking and coordinating face-to-face interviews * Completing Pre-employment checks, including right to work checks, references and DBS checks * Supporting a values-based recruitment process that puts people first while keeping everything compliant #IND
