Your Role: What Will You Be Doing?
As a HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will be the bridge connecting our human resources strategies with our overall business goals. Your responsibilities will include:
* Advising managers and leaders on effective employee management.
* Enhancing workplace culture and supporting company growth.
* Overseeing various HR tasks such as hiring, employee development, and performance reviews.
* Ensuring HR policies and practices are legal, fair, and beneficial for both employees and the business.

We’re looking for candidates who can demonstrate the core skills required for this role and align with our values and mission. You don’t have to tick all the boxes right away; what matters most is your willingness to learn. We also value lived experience in the areas we support, so feel free to share this in your application.
Key Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
* 5-7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
* Full CIPD qualification, ideally at Level 7.
* Proven ability to build successful relationships with key stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Strong knowledge of employment law.
* Experience with TUPE, restructuring, change management, and consultation processes, including redundancy.
