Senior Systems Engineer Responsibilities:
* Install and support routers, switches, and access points onsite and remotely
* Onboard and deploy SD-WAN solutions and projects
* Troubleshoot multivendor network devices remotely and onsite
* Conduct site surveys and swap non-functional equipment
* Lead or contribute to project-based network installations
* Perform customer adds, moves, and changes across varied locations
* Collaborate with project coordinators and engineers to ensure project success
* Maintain and diagnose issues across multivendor network hardware
* Stay updated on emerging networking technologies and solutions
Senior Systems Engineer Requirements:
* Strong knowledge in one or more of the following - Cisco, Juniper, or HPE Aruba solutions (Routers, Switches, APs)
* Experience in SD-WAN and multivendor network environments
* Professional certifications (Cisco or Juniper or HPE) or equivalent experience
* Solid routing and switching knowledge
* Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
* Hands-on experience with network diagnostic tools
* Configuration and dashboard management expertise
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Highly organised with a flexible, customer-first approach
