Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Work Assistant in Merseyside.
This is to work within Assessment and Care Delivery, and you will need experience of working within a Local Authority setting.
Responsibilities:
1. Complete needs assessments
2. Complete Mental Capacity Assessment
3. Review packages of care
