* Working Monday – Friday only: 4 days 9am - 5:30pm + 1 day 11:30am – 8pm.

Job Description
Working Monday to Friday only, as a Customer Relationship Manager at Together Money, you will work as part of our fantastic Direct Sales team supporting our customers. You will take inbound telephone calls from potential new customers across multiple sales channels (e.g. Auction Sales, Commercial Sales, Direct, etc.). During the call you will ask ‘rich’ questions to understand and qualify the customer's needs, and then determine which specialist mortgage sales team can support the customer before passing them through. You will also make proactive outbound calls to previous and existing customers who may be approaching the end of their mortgage term or looking to refinance, with the view to retaining their business.
Responsibilities
* Make ‘warm’ outbound calls to existing customers to fact‑find about additional lending we may be able to offer.
* Take inbound calls from new customers and arrange appointments with the most suitable Business Development Manager or Mortgage Advisor.
* Learn Together’s products and underwriting criteria through full training to qualify a customer’s suitability for a loan.
* Consistently provide a high level of service to all customers, maximizing the potential from each call and helping customers achieve the best outcome.
* Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to with all contacts so regulatory requirements are met.
Qualifications
* Experience generating new sales leads and creating sales appointments (ideal).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Advance telephone sales skills, able to develop a quick rapport, ask the right questions, overcome objections and ultimately sell the most appropriate mortgage product before specialist teams close the deal.
* Full use of Microsoft Office suite.
* Willingness to progress and develop skills; a career-oriented candidate.
