Job Description
3. Managing and maintaining digital product catalogues across multiple platforms
4. Ensuring accuracy of product data including SKUs, pricing, images, specifications, and regulatory information (e.g. UDI, GTIN, MDR)
5. Ensuring product information meets the clinical needs of prescribers
6. Collaborating with product, clinical, procurement, and supplier teams to gather and validate data
7. Uploading and managing product data via PIM systems and spreadsheets
8. Monitoring data quality and catalogue performance, identifying issues and implementing improvements
9. Maintaining awareness of procurement framework requirements (e.g. NHS Supply Chain catalogue rules)
The Successful Applicant
Essential:
10. Proven experience managing digital product catalogues, product data and project management
11. B2B experience
12. A Car driver and able to get to Heathrow/West Drayton - 2/3 days a week
13. Strong Excel and data management skills
14. Experience with PIM systems, eCommerce platforms, or B2B portals
15. Understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g. UDI, GMDN, MDR)
16. Experience working with NHS Supply Chain, GHX, or similar platforms
Desirable:
17. Experience within the medical device or healthcare sector
18. Clinical background or experience working closely with clinical teams
19. Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, NetSuite)
20. Basic understanding of HTML or digital asset management tools
