Overview
We are recruiting a proactive and organised Administrator to join our client on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will provide essential support across both administrative and basic finance tasks. This is a full time office based position running Monday-Friday 9am-4:30pm. You must be immediately available to start this position and can commit to the assignment length.
Key Responsibilities
General administrative duties including producing exam certificates, preparing standard letters, scanning, and filing
Assist with arranging meetings, booking director accommodation etc
Support customer service
Undertake basic finance tasks (some previous finance experience preferred)
Communicate with customers regarding finance-related queries in a professional manner
Assist with Companies House filing tasks and other compliance-related administration
Handle data entry, correspondence, and other ad hoc admin tasks as required Skills & Experience Required
Previous administrative experience in a busy office environment
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Confident communicator, able to liaise professionally with internal teams and customers
Basic finance knowledge and/or experience would be advantageous
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems quickly
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks across different departments
