Drayton are thrilled to be partnering with a market leading business, based in the York area, who are seeking a Head of Marketing. This role will be key in driving business growth by transforming their digital and performance marketing capabilities.
In this exciting role, you will:
* Oversee and manage marketing strategy with a focus on driving business growth across various digital channels.
* Plan and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
* Lead a marketing team, cultivating a collaborative, engaged, and high-performing culture.
* Generate incremental sales through new opportunities, while continually enhancing the current portfolio to maximise sales and profitability.
Essential requirements for this role include:
* Extensive experience in digital and performance marketing within a B2B manufacturing and import environment, with a strong focus on e-commerce. This is a product oriented business, therefore experience in a premium, design-biased arena would be advantageous.
* Strong expertise in performance marketing, with a proven ability to drive measurable growth, engagement, and conversions across digital channels.
* Extensive expertise in CRM, with a proven ability to leverage these systems to track customer behaviour, optimise engagement, and drive data-informed business decisions.
* Demonstrated experience in managing marketing teams, inspiring high performance and fostering engagement.
