Job Title: Skilled Production Operative Nights
Reports to: Shift Manager
Hours: Monday to Friday 10pm – 6am
Salary: £ - £ per hour for candidates with relevant food manufacturing skills and experience

We have exciting opportunities for Skilled Production Operatives with previous manufacturing experience to join our team in Nantwich on a permanent basis.
In this role, you will work as part of a team on state-of-the-art Production lines, carrying out tasks to produce high-quality, great-tasting products for well-known customers. We utilize interactive technologies to monitor product quality and efficiency levels.
Successful candidates must be able to operate in a challenging, physically demanding factory environment with repetitive tasks. The role is based in a chilled environment (less than 8°C) and involves heavy lifting. PPE is provided by Ornua.
A Day in the Life of a Skilled Production Operative
As a Skilled Production Operative, your key duties will include:
* Operating machinery (Ilpack and Sandicure) safely and efficiently daily.
* Reporting and correcting safety issues.
* Performing quality inspections on materials and finished products.
* Setting up machines and changeovers for manufacturing.
* Monitoring production lines to ensure product quality standards.
What are we looking for?
* Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, or Food environments.
* Excellent teamwork skills.
* Good verbal, written, and numerical skills.
* Understanding of Food Hygiene, quality, and safety standards.
