The role The firm are looking for a Commercial Litigation Partner to join their growing department. In this role you will be working alongside other senior members of the team with a view of growing the department further. Having recruited local reputable senior commercial litigators, they are now in a position to grow further. You will deal with a wide range of commercial litigation disputes on behalf of a variety of companies, partnerships and individuals. You will deal with a mix of partnership disputes, shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims and high value commercial disputes. This firm are happy to consider the proposition of bringing junior members of the team with you if you have strong relationships with junior associates or senior associates.
