Our amazing client, a Michelin star informal kitchen, creating Southern European-inspired dishes over an open fire are in search of a Sous Chef who can operationally lead the brigade. This is a busy property with 120 covers to cater for. You will lead a team of 14 chefs while reporting to an executive chef. This is a completely open kitchen, so requires a personable operator who can lead from the front line as a true people leader.
