CSR Apprentice – Volvo London North
Salary up to £22k dependent upon skill set and experience
Monday to Friday 0900hrs to 1700hrs (1/2 hr unpaid lunch) Must be flexible to cover am/pm shift when required

Receive training to a professional high level within Customer Service. You will learn to develop your confidence to deliver a first class customer experience by learning communication & listening skills, understanding our company organization, acquiring product, system & service knowledge. Good internal communication is vital to help us deliver excellent customer service and develop good customer relations.
CSR’s are the essential link between the customer and the workshop to keep the flow, ensuring happy customers & return visits
You will join Volvo North’s Service Team as a CSR apprentice over a 15-month period. Working as part of the service team you will be working towards being the first & key point of contact for the customer, providing information & updates through each stage of the vehicles visit to our dealership.
What you will do
1. Being customers contact and point of reference for the Dealership either face to face or via telephone
2. Calling customers day before scheduled appointment to confirm bookings
3. Welcome customers with a warm, friendly greeting and establishing which department they require.
4. Check in vehicles manually & on our paperless system
5. Helping customers with Uber by arranging and sorting any issues & allocating courtesy cars where applicable.
6. Ensure customer & vehicle information is delivered to the workshop supervisor.
7. Taking Ase Breakdown calls, checking all customer & vehicle information & details of breakdown are correct before accepting and raising job packs for the Ase technicians. .
8. Customer call backs for feedback on vehicle visits to help us understand & improve our customer’s experience.
9. Taking card payments from Cash Sale customers
Who are you?
Qualifications Required: GCSE / A -level
10. Friendly & cheerful Manner and able to keep calm under pressure.
11. Works well as part of a team
12. Proactive and adaptable
13. Have attend to detail with excellent organizational skills
14. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
15. Eager to learn, develop and contribute to the role/team
